How much space do I need for a Profile® Folding Rack?
Our patented Profile® Folding Racks are designed for space efficiency. You will need a ceiling height of at least 89 inches for our standard 73-inch racks, and approximately 108 inches for our 90-inch racks to allow for the fold-up mechanism.
What is the weight capacity of your wall-mounted racks?
When properly installed into wooden studs, our Profile® Series racks are rated for a weight capacity of over 1,000 lbs, ensuring safety for even the most elite lifters.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While our products are designed for DIY assembly with easy-to-follow instructions, we have partnered with professional assembly services in many regions. Contact our support team to see if installation is available in your zip code.
What is your return policy on gym equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on large freight items.

How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Larger racks and sets are shipped via LTL freight, which generally takes 7-14 business days for delivery depending on your location.
